Hi all.

Thought it was time to update my journal as the last time was in January, doesn’t time fly. Been having a few problems with the camera recently and getting a bit put off to be honest. Couldn’t seem to get a nice sharp shot at all, anyhow with a bit of help and advice from different people and changing a few settings etc things seemed to have improved which is good news. So it seems to be user error, maybe I should just read the manual.

Had a few good trip out recently, ok a few have been back to Kennal Vale but hey as you probably guessed I like it there lol, always makes makes for great trip out and its one of those places that always seems different everytime you go. Spent an hour or so there the other day watching a woodpecker feeding its young, things like this makes the trip all very worth while.

For a while now Pauline and myself have been chatting to Lavinia here on DA and just before Christmas she and her family finally moved to Cornwall. Now all settled in we all finally met up and arranged a couple of days out with the cameras and we had a great time with lots of photographs to show. Even though its a bit late "Welcome to Cornwall, good to have you down here" go and check out her gallery.

Seen lots of great work here lately on DA so lots of fav’s, good to see you all getting out and about and enjoying some decent weather, well at least it has been over here for a change. One thing I’m not convinced about is this critique thing on here no one seems to use it very much, well at least not on mine anyhow lol.
